THE ROLE

(Hybrid working) This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate communications professional to join a business entering a new phase. You will shape and deliver a robust and cohesive communications and PR strategy that strengthens the company's reputation, raises its profile and supports its future ambitions.
Using your understanding of markets, customers, communications channels, the industry and legislative landscape, you will lead corporate communications and PR activity to engage stakeholders, drive loyalty and recognition, and ensure communications remain aligned with business priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of storytelling and the ability to turn complex messages into compelling narratives.
• Experience in media relations and corporate reputation management, including crisis communications.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with teams and managing external agency relationships.
• The ability to translate business priorities into clear, cohesive communications plans and deliver multiple activities to tight deadlines.
• A proactive, creative and commercially minded approach, with an understanding of market dynamics and the wider industry landscape.
