Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate communications or PR at a senior level with strategy delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal skills; storytelling to simplify complex messages.
• Experience in media relations, reputation management and crisis comms.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management; experience with teams and agencies.
• Ability to translate business priorities into clear, cohesive comms plans and deadlines.
• Proactive, creative, commercially minded with understanding of market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a communications plan aligned to business objectives, supporting the company's strategy, future direction and growth.
• Develop the in-house PR team and manage the external PR agency to maximise impact and ensure consistent messaging.
• Build strong relationships with senior leadership, media and key stakeholders, identifying opportunities to raise the company's profile.
• Lead communications around key business developments, milestones and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee crisis communications, ensuring timely, clear and effective messaging to protect the company's reputation.
• Monitor media coverage and communications performance, identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement and recognition.
