Chadwick Nott recruiting a Corporate Associate for Exeter. You will handle a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, venture capital, private equity, cross-border work and joint ventures, working with Partners and senior lawyers in a London-caliber team.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £70,000 to £80,000 and hybrid working. You will develop sector knowledge and build lasting client relationships across private equity, funds, and both public and private

Qualifications

• 3-4 years PQE in corporate law
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Solid understanding of M&A, venture capital and private equity
• Ability to manage matters independently and collaboratively
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proactive, motivated and commercially minded approach
• Ability to build long lasting client relationships
