This role focuses on client relationships, delivering high-quality service, and contributing to business development, time recording and billing targets while building long-term client connections in a dynamic corporate practice.

• Advise on shareholder agreements, group restructures and corporate governance.
• Manage client relationships and generate fee income; maintain time records and billing targets.
• Assist in networking and business development events to grow the client base.
