Simpson Judge, a mid-market UK law firm in Southampton, seeks a Corporate Solicitor (Associate/Senior Associate) to serve a diverse UK and international client base on M&A, private equity, and corporate reorganisations. You will handle private company transactions, joint ventures, and drafting constitutional documents, with a view to progression to senior roles.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
• 2–5 years PQE in corporate work.
• 2:1 degree or higher preferred.
• Experience across corporate matters such as M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations.

Aufgaben

• Private company mergers and acquisitions.
• Private equity and venture-capital transactions.
• Management buy-outs (MBOs) and buy-ins (MBIs).
• Joint ventures and shareholder/investment agreements.
• Drafting articles of association and other constitutional documents.
• Corporate reorganisations, reconstructions, and de-mergers.
• Public company transactions, including flotations and takeovers.
• Commercial lending, security arrangements, and business financing/refinancing.
