A leading UK Bank seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join their Customer Authentication and Access Management feature team. You'll identify business requirements and design solutions that address key problems and opportunities across payments and banking products.

You will lead requirements across distributed systems, collaborate with stakeholders, and help shape event-driven architectures and processes. This permanent role can be based in Northampton or Knutsford, with options for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Experience generating requirements for event-driven flows and messaging patterns.
• Solid understanding of payments and banking product domains.
• Proven ability to own requirements across distributed systems with multiple stakeholders.

You'll play a pivital role to support the organisation, achieve its strategic objectives by the identification of business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.

Seeking a highly analytical and collaborative professional to lead requirements definition across complex, distributed banking systems. This role sits at the heart of business and technology, shaping event-driven solutions that support critical payments and banking products across multiple customer channels.

Accountabilities:

• Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation.

• Payments and Banking Product Domain Knowledge – Solid experience working with core banking and payment products, with awareness of regulatory and operational considerations.
• End-to-End Requirements Ownership Across Distributed Systems – Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and ensure alignment across multiple platforms and stakeholders
