Job summary

Critical Mass London is seeking a Senior Copywriter to join our Bankside team. You will bring brand voice to life across digital channels, collaborating with designers and strategists to craft engaging content for emails, landing pages and campaigns.

You will lead with strong storytelling, ensure consistency with brand guidelines, and mentor junior writers while delivering high-quality, on-brand experiences within fast-paced timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a copywriter within an agency or client-side environment.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Figma is essential.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to understand objectives and translate into compelling creative solutions.
• Partner with designers, art directors and creative directors to develop content across digital channels.
• Review copy to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, channel requirements and best practices.
• Guide creative revisions to strengthen content and tone.
• Work with cross-functional teams to balance customer needs with business objectives.
• Review, develop and refine templates and guidelines with design partners.
• Use Figma to collaborate with design teams and edit copy in design files.
• Manage multiple projects with high creative standards and tight deadlines.
