Age UK Northamptonshire is seeking an ambitious and innovative Senior Coordinator to lead the development of our Day Opportunities service and help shape the future of how we support people to live well across Northamptonshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive a new chapter in our service delivery, creating engaging, community-based opportunities that enable people aged 50+ to stay active, connected and independent.

• Experience in service development, partnership working and community engagement.
• Ability to inspire others and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to deliver operationally and build sustainable services.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of Day Opportunities service and shape how we support people to live well across Northamptonshire.
• Develop new community-based programmes with local partners and stakeholders.
• Grow reach across Northamptonshire and ensure services meet the evolving needs of older people.
