Job summary

Vertiv is looking for a Technical Resolution Manager in the UK to manage complex technical challenges in cooling products. You will resolve escalated issues, collaborate with teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of technical support experience, preferably in HVAC. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, and knowledge of cooling technologies is essential for success in this role.

This full-time position will report directly to the UK Thermal Engineering Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, field engineering, or product management.
• Experience with HVAC or precision cooling systems is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cooling technologies and diagnostic methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Vertiv cooling systems and resolve complex technical issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to handle unresolved technical escalations.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers during the resolution process.
