Job summary

NHS Highland is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Cook to lead our kitchen team within Home Farm nursing care home setting.

You will be responsible for day-to-day management of the kitchen, ensuring meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will lead catering staff, plan menus, manage food ordering and stock control, and ensure compliance with food safety legislation and NHS Highland policies.
