Job summary

NHS Highland is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Cook to lead the kitchen team within the Home Farm nursing care home setting. You will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, plan menus, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

You will work closely with residents, families, and the wider care team to provide choice, dignity, and person-centred dining experiences.
