Job summary

NHS Highland is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Cook to lead our kitchen team within the Home Farm nursing care home setting. You will be responsible for day-to-day management, ensuring meals are prepared to a high standard, safely, and efficiently, while supporting residents' nutritional needs.

You will plan menus, manage food ordering and stock, and work with residents, families and the wider care team to provide choice, dignity and person-centred dining experiences.

Qualifications

You will work closely with residents, families, and the wider care team to provide choice, dignity, and person-centred dining experiences.
