This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population within community, outpatient and inpatient settings, including a Rural General Hospital.
Working as an autonomous practitioner and valued member of the multidisciplinary team, you will support patients with a wide range of clinical conditions while contributing to service development, quality improvement and student training. In return there are plenty of opportunities for your growth and development in the role and we will actively support your CPD. Knowledge and understanding of motivational interviewing style of communication, trauma sensitive practice and health inequalities would be an advantage.
