Strong client relationships and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Support the Head of Conveyancing with day-to-day management of the department.
Manage a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions, including residential matters.
Provide guidance and support to Conveyancing Team members.
Deliver high levels of client service daily and build professional relationships with clients and peers.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance service offerings.
Conduct performance and file reviews within the department.
Lead department initiatives in the Head of Department's absence.
Assist with proactive marketing and business development of the department.
