• Experience managing a caseload of property transactions.
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes.
• Ability to provide clear legal advice to clients.
• Proficient in drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds, and Land Registry documents.
• Awareness of AML policies and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold conveyancing.
• Provide legal advice to clients on the buying and selling process.
• Communicate with clients in person, by phone, or by email.
• Prepare and check documents such as contracts, title deeds, and Land Registry filings.
• Handle all financial aspects of transactions, including stamp duty forms and registrations.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and maintain compliance with policies.
• Adhere to AML policies and internal procedures.
