Job summary

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is assisting a client in St Neots to recruit a Senior Conveyancer for a full-time, office-based role (9:00–17:30). Hybrid hours may be considered.

You will manage a caseload of property transactions, providing expert legal advice to clients and ensuring smooth conveyancing processes. You will draft and check contracts, title deeds and Land Registry documents, handle Stamp Duty and registrations, and maintain a high level of client service while adhering to

Qualifications

• Senior conveyancer with solid experience in freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and provide accurate legal guidance.
• Familiarity with AML policies and high standard of client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold conveyancing.
• Provide legal advice to clients on buying and selling processes.
• Communicate with clients in person, by phone, letter or email.
• Prepare and check documents such as contracts, title deeds and Land Registry filings.
• Handle financial aspects including Stamp Duty forms and Land Registry registrations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and comply with policies.
