Job summary

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler for a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

You will manage transactions from inception to post completion, handle a caseload, liaise with clients and stakeholders, draft legal documents, and provide guidance throughout the process. Salary from £28,000 to £30,000 plus pension, health insurance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in conveyancing processes and case handling.

Responsibilities

• Handling transactions from inception through to post completion.
• Managing and organizing case files and daily caseload.
• Liaising with clients, agents and stakeholders.
• Drafting legal documents and conducting land registry searches.
• Providing guidance to clients throughout the process.
