Job summary

Equinix, Inc. is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer specializing in OT Fleet Management to advance security, reliability and lifecycle health of data center OT systems. You will lead TVM execution for BMS/SCADA/PLC networks, translate risks into remediation plans, and coach regional Controls Engineers.

You will partner with IT, cybersecurity, and operations to ensure secure, compliant and resilient facilities while driving standardization and knowledge transfer across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Proven experience in industrial controls, automation, BMS/SCADA or OT engineering.
• Experience with at least two major industrial controls platforms and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own TVM program execution across regional OT environments.
• Assess vulnerabilities and lifecycle risks in OT systems like BMS/SCADA/PLC.
• Develop remediation strategies balancing security and operational continuity.
• Maintain remediation roadmaps and risk registers with clear actions.
• Coordinate with vendors, IT, cybersecurity for multi-site remediation.
