Qualifications

• 8+ years in control systems engineering and instrumentation in an industrial setting.
• Experience with major PLC/DCS platforms (Siemens, DeltaV, Experion) and SIL-based safety systems.
• Strong knowledge of process control theory and tuning methods.
• Experience with Fieldbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP protocols.
• Able to lead projects and mentor junior engineers with strong client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust control strategies for complex processes.
• Specify and procure control hardware, instrumentation and software.
• Develop P&IDs, FDS, and control philosophies.
• Configure and program PLCs, DCS, and SIS.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of systems.
• Troubleshoot complex control/instrumentation issues.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other disciplines.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Stay updated with emerging automation technologies.
