Job summary

Coffey is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of schemes that improve the environment and communities. You will lead project teams, manage client requirements, and own the process from inception to handover, ensuring safe, timely execution within budget and quality standards.

You will work with the Head of Delivery to direct teams, mentor staff, and drive continual improvement while promoting Coffey's values and safety culture across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years previous experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams in the UK.
• SSSTS/SMSTS Certification.
• Water experience – Clean/Wastewater.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and cost objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams and client relationships.
• Ensure safety, quality and cost objectives are met across projects.
• Plan, manage and deliver contracts within budgets, programmes and quality requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and supply chain.
