Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee structural steel projects across the UK. The role requires leadership of multiple steelwork packages from design through installation, ensuring programmes, quality and commercial targets are met.

You will manage client, subcontractor and internal communications and provide strong commercial and contractual oversight, with a focus on 500+ tonne projects and strict contract compliance (JCT/NEC).

Qualifications

• Experience delivering 500+ tonne structural steel projects.
• Strong IT skills including Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Solid working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple live projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle: planning, design coordination, fabrication, installation and commercial delivery.
• Oversee multiple steelwork projects concurrently.
• Monitor programmes to meet deadlines, quality and commercial targets.
• Lead communication with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Provide commercial and contractual oversight.
