Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead social housing planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes, delivering on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This role oversees painting and broader planned works across multiple sites, ensuring quality and compliance.

You will manage a portfolio of contracts, lead Supervisors and subcontractors, monitor budgets, KPI performance, and uphold health & safety standards while minimising disruption to residents in

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification required.
• CSCS site supervisor/manager qualification.
• IOSH safety certification and good health & safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of social housing planned maintenance, cyclical decorating and refurbishment contracts.
• Lead and manage Supervisors, Site Managers, operatives, subcontractors and supply-chain partners.
• Monitor budgets, expenditure, variations, valuations and payments; forecast outcomes.
• Maintain client relationships with Housing Associations and Local Authorities; attend KPI/SLAs meetings.
