Job summary

Upfront Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Manager for Social Housing Planned Maintenance across London and the South East. You will oversee operational, commercial and contractual performance from mobilisation to final account within occupied housing environments.

The role requires delivering painting, decorating and refurbishment works, managing teams and ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. Strong experience in housing associations and local authorities is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering social housing planned maintenance projects.
• Experience managing cycles of decoration, refurbishment and void works in occupied housing.
• Certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, IOSH or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple planned maintenance, cyclical decoration and refurbishment contracts.
• Lead site managers, supervisors, employed operatives, subcontractors and supply-chain partners.
• Plan labour, resources, programmes and delivery schedules across workstreams.
