Job summary

Pace Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee social housing programmes in the Sevenoaks area. You will manage planned maintenance, refurbishment projects, and multiple contracts, coordinating operational teams, subcontractors, programmes and budgets across Housing Associations and Local Authorities.

The role requires strong client and stakeholder management, experience with SORs, and a proven track record in social housing contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven Contracts Management experience within social housing, planned maintenance or refurbishment.
• Strong painting & decorating / cyclical decorations experience.
• Experience managing teams, subcontractors and multiple contracts.
• Good commercial awareness, including Schedules of Rates (SORs).
• Experience working with Housing Associations or Local Authorities.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.

Location: Sevenoaks, Kent

Salary: £65,000 + vehicle/car allowance & bonus

Pace Recruitment are working with an established social housing contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee planned maintenance, refurbishment programmes across the South East

The Contracts Manager will take responsibility for multiple contracts, managing operational teams, subcontractors, programmes, budgets and client relationships across Housing Associations and Local Authorities.

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven Contracts Management experience within social housing, planned maintenance or refurbishment
• Strong painting & decorating / cyclical decorations experience
• Experience managing teams, subcontractors and multiple contracts
• Good commercial awareness, including Schedules of Rates (SORs)
• Experience working with Housing Associations or Local Authorities
