This role offers a clear progression to Head of Construction within 18 months, with a pathway to Construction Director, and the chance to shape the future of the division by working closely with senior management and partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a Contracts Manager.
• Experience working for a small/medium-sized housing developer.
• Strong background in new-build housing.
• Experience managing multiple live housing sites.
• Ambitious to progress to Head of Construction within 18 months.

Responsibilities
