Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee roofing and cladding projects across Yorkshire. This full-time, permanent role involves delivering multiple live contracts from pre-start through to completion, with strong emphasis on safety, schedule and budget adherence.

You will work closely with site teams and clients, taking ownership of programme planning, coordination of labour, subcontractors, materials and plant, and ensuring quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience managing contracts in roofing and cladding projects.
• Strong planning and programming skills for multiple live contracts.
• Excellent health and safety management on site.
• Effective liaison with clients, site teams and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple roofing and cladding contracts from pre-start to handover.
• Plan programmes and coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and plant.
• Conduct regular site visits across live projects and maintain safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, site managers, subcontractors, suppliers and design teams.
• Monitor programme, quality, costs and contractual documentation.
• Resolve technical and operational issues to maintain delivery.
