Job summary

Rogers McHugh Recruitment seeks an experienced Contracts Manager in Central London. You will oversee projects from preconstruction through design development to final handover, coordinating design teams and managing budgets to protect profitability.

Knowledge of Design and Build contracts and Building Safety Regulator requirements is essential. You will lead Project Managers and Site Managers, ensuring safety, programme alignment and high-quality delivery across multiple projects for a reputable

Qualifications

Strong background as a Contracts Manager within construction.
Experience managing projects from preconstruction through final handover.
Experience with Design and Build contracts (JCT Design and Build).
Understanding PCSA process, design development, buildability reviews and cost planning.
Coordination with architects, engineers and consultants; timely information release.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from PCSA through design development and delivery.
Review buildability, develop programmes, identify risks and prepare sites pre-start.
Oversee design process under JCT Design and Build contracts and ensure coordinated information.
Lead Gateway 2 submissions and ensure regulatory compliance.
Provide leadership to Project Managers and Site Managers to meet safety, programme and quality targets.
Monitor budgets, procurement strategies and commercial risks with the team.
