360 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a Tier 1 main contractor to oversee multiple Education, Commercial and Residential schemes in London and the South East. You will lead Project Managers and site teams, drive programmes, manage risks and ensure safety, quality and commercial performance across live projects valued £30m-£50m.

Formación

• Experience as Contracts Manager for a Tier 1/main contractor.
• Experience across Education, Commercial and Residential sectors.
• Department for Education project experience.
• Pre-construction knowledge: buildability, programming, procurement, risk.
• Experience managing schemes valued GBP30m-GBP50m.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Commercial awareness and project financial performance.
• Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
• Stable employment history delivering complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing delivery of multiple construction projects across Education, Commercial and Residential sectors.
• Managing Project Managers and site delivery teams to achieve programme, quality, commercial and safety objectives.
• Providing operational leadership from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Collaborating with pre-construction, design and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Reviewing programmes, procurement strategies and project risks during bid and pre-construction.
• Driving programme recovery plans and mitigating project risks.
• Ensuring high standards of Health & Safety, environmental compliance and quality management.
• Developing and maintaining client, consultant and stakeholder relationships.
• Monitoring project performance, resource allocation and financial objectives.
• Reporting to senior leadership on progress and commercial position.
