PPM Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to join its Northampton team. The role covers drylining, interiors, partitioning, suspended ceilings and interior fit-out across residential and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Contracts Manager in construction.
• Strong background in drylining and interiors.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Willingness to travel; full UK driving licence required.
• Construction qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple drylining and interior projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee day-to-day contract delivery within time and budget constraints.
• Coordinate site managers, supervisors, subcontractors and direct labour.
• Develop and monitor project programmes with milestones.
• Manage project budgets and commercial performance with the commercial team.
• Monitor progress, risks, and opportunities; implement corrective actions.
• Oversee procurement of materials, labour, plant and packages.
• Maintain relationships with clients, main contractors and suppliers.
• Attend client and progress meetings; participate in contract reviews.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and policies.
