Job summary

J3A Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Manager for the Digital Infrastructure division, based in Leicester with site travel. You will oversee a portfolio of telecoms, EV infrastructure and civil works, ensuring contractual and commercial performance across projects.

Strong leadership and NEC contract experience are essential. The role involves negotiating, advising on contracts, managing risk and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager in telecoms, digital infrastructure or civil engineering.
• Strong understanding of cabling, ducting and data network installations.
• Experience managing multiple contracts or frameworks simultaneously.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects and contracts across telecoms, EV infrastructure, civils and building works.
• Manage contractual obligations from initial review and negotiation through to project completion.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, company procedures and legislation.
• Work with clients, stakeholders, project managers and delivery teams.
• Monitor programme performance, variations and contractual claims.
• Maintain documentation and commercial records.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Provide contractual advice to project teams.
• Report to senior leadership on performance and financial position.
• Support bids and framework agreements.
