Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a permanent Contracts Manager based in Oxfordshire, overseeing roofing and construction projects across the UK. The role requires managing multiple contracts from pre-start to completion, ensuring safety, programme and budget targets are met.

Qualifications

Proven contracts management or senior construction experience.
Experience in government/public sector contracts.
Experience in social housing and planned maintenance.
Strong knowledge of ISO 45001.
SMSTS qualification.
CSCS Management/Professional card.
Knowledge of CDM, RAMS and UK Health and Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

Managing multiple construction and roofing contracts.
Overseeing government, public sector and social housing projects.
Ensuring compliance with ISO 45001, CDM, RAMS and Health and Safety requirements.
Managing programmes, budgets and subcontractors.
Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Delivering high-quality, safe and successful project outcomes.
