Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee civil and water infrastructure portfolios across Manchester, Merseyside and Cheshire. You will drive delivery, financial performance, safety leadership, and strategic client relationships under NEC contracts.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree (or equivalent) with SMSTS/CSCS, and extensive experience in multi-site schemes. This permanent role offers executive leadership scope and an attractive package.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Civil Engineering qualification and professional credentials.
• Experience with NEC contracts and CDM regulations is essential.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site civil/water projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site civil engineering and water infrastructure portfolios across the region.
• Drive operational delivery, safety leadership, and client relationships.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage resource allocation.
• Review CVRs, risk registers and monthly commercial forecasts.
• Chair client progress meetings and manage stakeholder interactions.
