Role overview

As the Senior Contracts Engineer, you will manage Pre-Cast Driven and Specialist Piling schemes of various sizes, ensuring the efficient running of contracts on site, including contract performance, safety, progress monitoring, client liaison, and staff supervision, aligning with Balfour Beatty’s standards.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the delivery of Pre-Cast Driven and Specialist Piling schemes.
• Manage site operations, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure works are constructed according to contract, design, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare and review method statements, project plans, and site documentation.
• Monitor progress, drive performance, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Champion health & safety and support continuous improvement.

Who we're looking for

You will have:

• A Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in piling and large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, planning, and cost management abilities.
