Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Contract Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM and G&A across international markets from the UK. You will partner with senior leadership, build pipelines, and drive hiring momentum in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in GTM and G&A functions.
• Senior-level experience partnering with senior leadership and UK hiring managers.
• Deep knowledge of UK labour standards and right-to-work regulations.
• Advanced direct-sourcing capabilities and engaging passive talent.
• Experience using modern ATS (Greenhouse, Lever).
• Immediate availability for a full-time, 4-month UK contract.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM and G&A across international markets.
• Partner with senior leaders to build pipelines and drive hiring momentum.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates with a focus on culture fit.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience throughout process.
• Maintain ATS records and ensure UK compliance and right-to-work checks.
• Provide market insights on UK talent and compensation trends.
• Coordinate with Talent team on timelines and stakeholder expectations.
