You'll work with UK Contract Management within Generation Procurement, collaborating with technical and operational experts to maximise EBITDA and asset value, while mentoring colleagues and promoting a culture of safety

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in contract management, claims management or similar discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with evidence-based recommendations.
• Commercial and operational insight to influence asset performance.
• Proven supplier relationship management skills with professional communication.
• Structured, analytical approach with attention to detail.
• Strong ability to drive value through contract levers and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own live supplier contracts from demand planning through close-out.
• Proactively manage contractual and commercial risks and claims.
• Use performance insights to drive supplier accountability and EBITDA impact.
• Support with contract strategy and risk mitigation.
• End-to-end management including negotiations, KPI governance, and close-out.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Operational teams to optimise asset profitability.
• Contribute to contract management frameworks, governance, tools and best practices.
