Job summary

ERSG is recruiting a WTG Contract Manager to lead the Wind Turbine Generator package across the full contract lifecycle on a major UK offshore wind project. You will own commercial outcomes, coordinate with engineering, procurement, legal, finance and project teams, and manage relationships with the WTG contractor/OEM.

WE’RE HIRING | WTG CONTRACT MANAGER | OFFSHORE WIND

We’re looking for an experienced WTG Contract Manager to join a major UK offshore wind project team.

This is a key commercial role, taking ownership of the Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) package across the full contract lifecycle — from procurement and negotiation through to execution, claims, variations and final close-out.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing the commercial and contractual relationship with the WTG contractor/OEM
• Supporting procurement, negotiation and contract award
• Managing changes, variations, claims and contractual obligations
• Monitoring contractor performance, milestones and deliverables
• Managing commercial risks and opportunities
• Working closely with engineering, procurement, legal, finance and project teams
• Supporting the contract through to successful completion and close-out

What we’re looking for

• Experience within offshore wind
• Experience managing complex supply and installation contracts
• WTG/OEM experience highly desirable
• Knowledge of FIDIC, LOGIC or similar contracts
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
