Job summary

Net Zero Careers is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to oversee insulation, electrical, ventilation, solar and remediation projects from Folkestone to Lincolnshire and Oxfordshire. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors and ensure safety, quality and contractual compliance.

The role requires travel to multiple sites, early starts, and strong experience in construction/retrofit project delivery. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• At least five years' operational management experience in construction, retrofit or property services.
• Experience managing teams, subcontractors and project delivery across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of site management and health and safety compliance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to travel regularly across Folkestone to Lincolnshire and Oxfordshire areas.
• Knowledge of retrofit and energy efficiency works.
• Experience leading projects across multiple disciplines or a wide geographical area.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-based delivery across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Manage Contracts Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors.
• Monitor programmes, KPIs, deadlines and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors and other operational resources.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, RAMS and procedures.
• Maintain health and safety standards and installation quality.
• Resolve operational issues, risks and escalations.
• Attend client meetings and provide updates on project delivery.
• Work with technical, commercial and leadership teams.
• Travel to sites and start times as required.
