Job summary

Novus Property Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Contracts Manager (Retrofit) for a fixed term contract based at the Basingstoke office, covering surrounding areas.

The role involves leading a small team of Site Managers delivering retrofit works including solar panels, ventilation measures, loft insulation, windows and doors in a social housing setting. You will manage site teams, ensure contractual compliance, safety and budget adherence, and work with clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in planned and retrofit works contracts within social housing.
• Knowledge of PAS 2030 & 2035 is essential.
• Must hold a Full UK driving licence.
• SMSTS/First Aid or NVQ is advantageous and may be supported to renew.

Responsibilities

• Manage the selection and formation of site personnel teams (incl. sub-contractors) across contracts.
• Direct site personnel, work activities and resources to meet contract requirements.
• Control contract progress to finish within timeframes and budget.
• Ensure all contract documentation/reports are accurate and on time.
• Attend monthly client meetings to review performance and plan future works.
• Assist in preparation and selection of estimates, bids and tenders and procurement programme.
• Assist in presenting contract brief to the client.
