• Resolve operational issues, risks and escalations.
• Attend client meetings and provide updates on project delivery.
• Work with technical, commercial and leadership teams.

A retrofit and energy efficiency contractor is recruiting a Senior Contract Manager to oversee projects across a wide geographical area.

Role Overview

As a

Senior Contract Manager you will lead the delivery of multiple projects across insulation, electrical, ventilation, solar and remediation programmes. You will manage teams and subcontractors, monitor progress and ensure work is completed safely, to a high standard and in line with contractual requirements.

The role involves regular travel to sites, including projects spanning from Folkestone to Lincolnshire and across to Oxfordshire. Early starts may be needed to arrive on site at agreed times.

Salary and Hours

• £50,000-£55,000 per year.
