Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead retrofit works (solar, ventilation, insulation, windows/ doors) for social housing. You will manage a small team of site managers, ensure delivery to programme and budget, and maintain safety and quality standards across multiple sites.

Based from the Basingstoke area with site visits to Rickmansworth, Harrow, High Wycombe, and others, this fixed-term contract runs until March 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering retrofit and planned works in social housing.
• SMSTS, First Aid or NVQ; renewal support offered.
• Knowledge of PAS 2030 & 2035 is essential.
• Hold a Full UK driving licence; DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site personnel teams and sub-contractors.
• Manage work activities to meet contract requirements.
• Control contract progress to time and budget.
• Ensure accurate contract documentation and reports.
• Attend monthly client meetings to review performance.
