Job summary

Able Consult is seeking a project delivery professional to lead multiple capital equipment projects in the United Kingdom. You will report to the Head of Projects and drive handover through to installation, commissioning and completion while maintaining cost and schedule targets.

The role requires strong scheduling, budgeting and contract interpretation skills, with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing client and subcontractor interfaces.

Qualifications

• Delivering complex projects with schedules, budgets and outcomes.
• Strong planning and programme management expertise.
• Experience reading, analysing and interpreting contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules with key milestones.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and profitability.
• Act as a focal point for project communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across departments to meet schedule.
• Manage risks, issues, variations and change control.
• Review contracts, specifications and commercial documentation.
• Produce project reports and contract cost reviews.
• Monitor performance against cost, schedule and delivery targets.
• Support installation, construction and commissioning as required.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and safety standards.
