Job summary

• Knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial risk handling.

Responsibilities

• Managing contracts across the full project lifecycle
• Advising project teams on contractual obligations, risks, claims, and change management
• Supporting tendering, bidding, contract negotiation and administration
• Monitoring contract performance, spend and deliverables, and managing variations
• Leading contract variations, amendments and dispute resolution
• Building relationships with clients, suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders
• Supporting governance, compliance and commercial best practice across projects
• Mentoring colleagues within the team and driving continuous improvement
