Job summary

Howells Recruitment partners with a leading national contractor to recruit a Senior Contract Manager to oversee social housing refurbishment externals projects from their Ealing base. The role focuses on delivering externals works, EWI, retrofit, and roofing for housing associations, ALMOs and councils, with MS Project proficiency required.

You will lead a team of Site Managers, Project Managers and subcontractors, manage programmes, budgets, and client relationships, ensure compliance with JCT

Qualifications

• Extensive social housing construction or refurbishment experience.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and contract administration.
• Proven experience managing Site Managers, subcontractors and multiple projects.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project costs.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and CDM regulations.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong programme, risk and resource management capabilities.
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Project.
• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
• MS Project is essential.

Responsibilities

Senior Contract Manager - Social Housing Refurbishment Externals

£75K - £85K + Car Allowance + Benefits

We are working with a leading national contractor operating within the property services market to recruit a Senior Contract Manager to join their highly successful team based in Ealing.

The Senior Contract Manager will oversee teams delivering planned maintenance programs including externals works, EWI, Retrofit, roofing works for housing associations, ALMOs, and local councils. You must have delivered these types of projects for a leading social housing refurbishment contractor and be able to use MS Project to be considered.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Senior Contracts Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Project Managers, Site Manager's, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.

Senior Contracts Manager Responsibilities
