Job summary

Arguile is partnering with a leading global organisation in the rail and infrastructure sector to recruit a Senior Contract Commercial Manager. You will work on UK rail infrastructure programmes, supporting bids and live projects and collaborating with Legal, Sales and project delivery teams.

The role offers exposure to pre- and post-contract activities with clear career development opportunities within a diverse portfolio of major projects.

Qualifications

• Significant Commercial or Contract Management experience within infrastructure, defence, rail, engineering or a similar complex project environment.
• Strong contract review and negotiation experience.
• Excellent commercial judgement and risk management skills.
• Experience supporting both bids and project delivery.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of complex bids and live projects.
• Review, negotiate and manage customer contracts.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
• Develop commercial strategies throughout the bid lifecycle.
• Support and lead commercial negotiations with customers and partners.
• Coordinate input from Legal, Engineering, Insurance and other specialist teams.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide commercial guidance throughout project delivery.
• Support governance and approval processes.
