Job summary

Arguile is recruiting a Contract Manager for a major UK energy and infrastructure organisation. London or Manchester with 2 days in the office, offering a car allowance and a bonus, permanent role, great exposure to high-value supplier contracts (£20m+).

You will own contracts end-to-end, lead negotiations, manage risk and governance, and work with senior stakeholders to maximise value and cost savings across a strategic supplier base.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and contract management experience in complex, regulated or infrastructure environments.
• Experience with managing large and complex contracts.
• Contract negotiation and change management.
• Identifying and managing contractual and commercial risks.
• Supplier relationship management.
• Contract governance and compliance.
• Financial and commercial management.
• Working with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex supplier contracts and ensuring contractual obligations are met
• Leading contract negotiations, renewals, extensions and changes
• Managing commercial and contractual disputes
• Managing financial forecasting and contract budgets
• Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve value for money
• Monitoring supplier performance and managing risks
• Making sure contracts are properly documented and compliant
• Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers
• Ensuring contract governance and reporting requirements are met
• Supporting major projects and changes across the supplier portfolio
