Job summary

Arguile, a growing defence organisation, is seeking a senior contract and commercial leader to join a small but ambitious team. The role involves managing contracts, guiding delivery, and supporting growth across the UK and international markets.

You will lead a high-performing team, engage closely with stakeholders, and partner with cross-functional functions such as Supply Chain and Operations to drive continuous improvement and timely, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing contracts or pre-signature negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Contract and commercial Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of key business contracts, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
• Growth: Support and manage both UK-based and international markets, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Team Leadership: Guide and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and drive business success.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain and Operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives for continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices throughout the business.
