Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ PQE to join its Somerset team. You will manage a varied caseload of contentious probate, trust and estate disputes, advising clients with discretion and professionalism.

You will work closely with Partners in a supportive, collaborative environment, with opportunities for business development, client care excellence, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ PQE.
• Experience managing a contentious probate caseload independently.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
