Job summary

The successful candidate should have at least 2 years PQE in contentious probate, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage a caseload independently while contributing to a busy, friendly office culture

Qualifications

At least 2 years' PQE in contentious probate or related private client work.
Strong and demonstrable contentious probate experience.
Experience managing a caseload of contentious estate and trust matters.
Excellent client care and communication skills.
Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Genuine interest in developing a career within contentious private client work.

Responsibilities

Advise on a broad range of contentious probate and private client disputes, including probate/estate disputes, trust disputes and the administration of estates.
Develop and implement settlement, negotiation and litigation strategy for clients.
Manage and progress a varied caseload with attention to deadlines and client needs.
