You will handle a varied caseload in a collaborative environment, with hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package.

The role involves managing caseloads, conducting investigations, advising on contentious matters, drafting pleadings, and supporting junior colleagues within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in contentious probate litigation.
• Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong research and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload commensurate with a full-time fee earner.
• Conduct pre-action investigations, legal research, and initial case assessments.
• Advise clients on a range of contentious matters and draft pleadings.
• Attend court hearings and conferences as required.
• Supervise junior colleagues and liaise with internal and external parties.
