Job summary

eNL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ PQE to join a well-regarded Somerset law firm. You will handle a varied caseload of contentious probate, trust and estate disputes, working closely with Partners in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will bring independence, client-care excellence and a commercial mindset with business development interest, able to work autonomously or in a team.

Qualifications

• Be a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ PQE.
• Have experience managing a contentious probate caseload independently.
• Possess excellent client care and communication skills.
• Be commercially minded with an interest in business development.
• Be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
